Sent emails have disappeared from sent inbox. This issue has been for at least 3 weeks now.
I need all my sent emails that disappeared back in sent folder as soon as possible.
Please I have tried everything and checked all folders in email no where to find these emails.
I do believe it is a glitch and a bug in the Microsoft Outlook system. Can someone from Microsoft please look into this and contact me as soon as possible.
I have posted many times and no one has contacted from Microsoft I tried calling and a recorded voice automated machine says help is gone online. This has become a big joke!! I need HELP!!
I type hotmail in google and click login on Outlook and I sign in, I have had no issues in the past just recently noticed emails disappeared.
I need my emails as soon as possible.

Suddenly today my "sent items" only has a handful from way back in 2015. Hundreds have suddenly disappeared. I haven't done anything different. What's going on? Outlook is a mess! Why did anybody make al the changes to something that was working just fine? Outlook Live is even worse.
It's all very well talking to other dissatisfied customers, but why on earth does Microsoft not view this page and understand that there is a REAL problem with their software? It's a joke that we can't get the answers we desperately need. Surely there is someone in that large corporation that knows the answers and could so quickly and easily solve the ongoing problem. Who and where can we have our complaint heard to get customer satisfaction? Does anyone know of a 'secret' phone number or email address?
Thanks for your reply, but this is different to my problem. I still can see all the folders, including the "sent items" , but everything has disappeared from within the sent folder.
I've just realised that there is something new on the sent messages file - it says ">this month" and further down "> May" and when you click on the >on this month it will show you all the emails for June and when you click on the >May it will show you all the emails for 31st May - which is probably the date the rest of the sent messages disappeared - there is no April or other months for me to see those sent emails.
This looks like a change of system from Microsoft.

Here is what I tried and it worked. Right click on your email account. ie ******@gmail.com. Then left click on New Folders. Name it Sent. I did this and the previously hidded folder magically appeared. Good luck to others.
It is absolutely baffling that microsoft is not more helpful in resolving this common complaint. And some microsoft dude just bails on the group saying I have not heard from you I assume everything is cool. And never revisits to see additional comments WITH THE SAME PROBLEM? How is this guys performance measured? How is his bosses.
I have the same issue. The emails in the sent folder disappeared. Checked the email at different PC and Iphone mailbox. They are gone for sure.
