Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

I tried but Microsoft Outlook is "not available for your device". It's a BB Key2.

Bummer, the app-specific password doesn't work either. Worked like a snap with my Gmail account. Why can't Microsoft get it's act together?

And yet on the same device it let me log in via my browser using my ordinary password. Why pick on BB Hub????

Should add, it did so by emailing a code to my backup email address.

I managed to use Microsoft activesync account in a way, that I installed Outlook for Android, Added into Outlook for Android my outlook.com account. Then enabled contacts and calendar sync in Outlook settings. Firs I got calendar events into Key2 phone Calendar and then also contacts from Outlook Contacts. But somehow 2 phones got less contacts than I have on Outlook account. It doesn't work normally but at least calendar is syncing between devices normally and phones have contacts back again. Blackberry Key 2 phones didn't get all contacts but other Android devices got all. Allthough it seems to be impossible to add Microsoft account into Blackberry Key 2 phone anymore naturally without installing Outlook app.
