Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

Regular password. For outgoing server, use SMTP. All details are a few posts back.
Just wondering, did you use your regular password or was it an app specific password that Microsoft generated?
Outlook emails still work in Hub without any problems. You just need to remove the old Outlook.com account and add it back again, using IMAP option instead. Since I've made the switch three weeks ago, everything is fine.
To be honest I think the ball is very firmly in BB's corner now.
For whatever reason, it appears that Microsoft have changed their authentication systems, I think it is now up to the 3rd party app developers to update their apps. BB have been very quiet over this; I am a paid subscriber to Hub+ and have emailed BB support 5 times over this incident and not had a single reply.
As I mentioned in an earlier post, the free to use mail app on my Samsung phone works with Hotmail without any issues whatsoever; why is it the Hub+ has a problem?
I noticed that when setting up Gmail on Hub+ it takes you to a Google page as part of the setup process, to log into your account; likewise, when setting up my Hotmail on the Samsung Email app, it took me to a Microsoft page as part of the setup process. I'm not a tech guru, and do not understand the differences between the various authentication protocols, but it seems that the old means of Hub+ linking with Microsoft servers is no longer valid and BB needs to find a workaround.
I don't believe Microsoft are not going to reverse their changes.
