Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

I just turned it off. Better change it every 10 days than 2-3 Times a day. I hope they solve this issue as well. Microsoft screwed us up.

I turned off rwo-step authentication as it had not cured the problem.

I still get the change password message; sometimes it accepts my password, eventually; sometimes it does not. When it does not, I just leave it and it usually synchronises anyway.

I have not actually changed my password for about 10 days.

So it is not any better or worse, just the same.

So it never asked you to generate password again? What do you mean with "no better, no worse" ?

I have stopped using 2FA for the very reason that I was having to generate a password all the time.

I have reverted to just using my own password and things are no better but no worse.

My brother has a classic, it connects and stays few hours connected then he has to get another password. As a now, there isn't a permanent solution If you have to go Microsoft and generate a password so many times a day.
