Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

My Blackberry classic will no longer link to my hotmail account. Its a new used phone, I think I may be able to do it if I could find all the info for login, domain etc, but im not sure where to access that info

Well, it keeps logging me out, making it appear as temporary password which expire in less than 24 hrs. I've been 3 straight days logging and renewing the expired password. It disconnects me and again, creating another password. It isn't a long term solution.

Add me to the list of frustrated users. I removed my Hotmail.com account from my Blackerry Key2 Hub on 25th January and that resolved the problem until today 11th February when it's reappeared. Am I going to have to resort to installing the Outlook app to be able to use my email on my phone?

Update 12/02/24 - Overnight it started working again. I don't think it was anyting I did.

I'm running out of patience. I'm using Outlook to keep Contacts and Calendars sync'd on the device, and Edison Email for all my mail. It gives me pretty much everything I was getting from BlackBerry Hub. The only slight drawback is that it doesn't guess folders based on previous filing of emails. That feature was pretty unique to Hub+, but Edison does pretty good at everything else, including adding/deleting/editing of email folders. It does show recently used folders at the top when filing, so sometimes that helps.

I found you get this error because you chose to log in via the Microsoft login method instead of just using the onetime Microsoft "security password" that you get from the security section in your free account (NOT your work account). This is likely because you have 2FA on. This link might take you to yours Additional security options (live.com)
