BlackBerry android devices or any Google device can't connect to outlook server

Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

When I deleted my outlook acct from the Hub I also tried to connect by signing in using a microsoft ID and I also received this message. Apparently, it won't work that way. You have to go through the process to add the account to Hub first (assuming it will connect with your password).

I just tried to remove my acct and re-add to Hub services. I now have this new message:

AADSTS50177: User account '(my acct)' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'BlackBerry' and cannot access the application '729b2548-d6ae-4ec1-a6a2-5b005b3117bf'(BlackBerry Hub+ Services) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

Is there a way to stop BB Hub from looking at live (from what I googled, that is old...), and, rather, have it look to the current AD?

Or, is there something I have to do differently? I think I may have 2 outlook accts-an old one from an old email, and my newer current outlook acct.

After about a week or so without seeing any error prompts, I'm now seeing them again more frequently. Mail still going through (perhaps delayed), but seems like it's going back downhill again.

Well, it keeps logging me out. It is intermittent. I enter the generated password and lasts less than 24 hrs. I lost the count of how many times I have logged in my Microsoft account and log back in again.

As of right now, 02/09/2024 19:18 In BB HUB I deleted my Microsoft dot live account and then added it again in HUB while using the Microsoft app password because 2FA is on... HUB gave me the "didn't work error" but then I just hit back to settings and it worked! The screen with all the Microsoft Exchange Sync settings came up. And is now working. Hopefully it will last...
