Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

I know it has been resolved for me (hope not to jinx it). it's been about 5 days without any error messages.
I was able add my account to the HUB (the default app on my Blackberry PRIV, so no subscription here, nor any need to uninstall and reinstall the app). When I first tired to add the account, I got an error message about the account, and I found that I had to reboot my phone, (it must have recognized some cached information or something), but then tried again to add the account via IMAP and it worked fine. For the first 2 days I did get authentication errors but ignored then since it would eventually sync up, and I had the outlook app as a back-up (just in case). I was able to sync email, calendar, contacts, notes & even tasks (I did lose all my original notes, but have since added some - that I could remember - into my outlook client on my laptop, and they sync without issue).
I'm not sure if it has something to do with me having both BB Hub & Outlook App installed - but it shouldn't since they don't talk to each other.
It does seem odd that it works for some and not others - works here from the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario Canada.
I had to try for a few times before it worked. I think it is still intermittent.
I see that yet again Microsoft are claiming the matter 'Resolved', well it definitely isn't for me.
Outlook and other apps are unable to connect to Outlook.com - Microsoft Support
Password prompts on both my devices; I tried changing to two-step authentication, but it still fails at the validation point, telling me to change my settings.
Glad it worked for you, but still not working for me. Wish I didn't delete my accounts and just left the errors.
