Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

I día it Man Times, even i factor reset it My dice. Nothing seems TO work anywhere. I am a consulta and I doubt it is an área issue. Besitos América, I traveled to Canada and try there in their network and nothing, then I traveled to Turkey, nothing, I traveled to Tbilisi,Georgia and tried there...nothing. It doesn't matter the area or network. This is big. To prove my point, use any country and sign by using VPN. Nothing seems to work. This is eating developers heads on both sides especially Microsoft who started all this. As I said, only Amazon app (AWS) solved this issue by working around. Microsoft and BlackBerry Hub Services still on. It. When will they solve this? Hopefully before the end of the year. My employees had to buy temporary Amazon tablets until this situation is solved. It created losses for my company on the first week. They don't realize the seriousness of this.

    Hi

So I've had this problem. Then today I deleted the account to see if that would help and (horror) lost everything and couldn't reinstall to BlackBerry Hub.

Then saw someone advise to add the account via BlackBerry Hub Services and was (hurrah) able to readd my outlook.con account to the Blackberry Hub which reinstated my emails.

Calendar and contacts still being a bit weird but by adding the outlook.com app, I seem to have got calendar and notes and ? contact back. Then hid the outlook app as I prefer my Blackberry Hub apps.

So it is sort of working and no error message so far but doesn't feel like an ideal solution.

I have the same problem on my BB Priv phone using BB Hub+ Inbox, but with one out of three Hotmail accounts only.

The problem account happens to be also in my MS Authenticator in the same phone (i.e. the other two accounts that are not in the Authenticator are OK). Is there a link between this problem (related to new email TFA policy?) and the MS Authenticator for this account being on my phone?
