Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

    Yes, I am using 2FA

Thanks for reply. I've tried using two-step, but to still results in the same update password request, and of course its more of a palaver to get a generated password to input, than just using my own password.

Nope, just working as it always used to. Enter email address and password in Hub acct creation-> connect!

In the Northeast US, as of Sunday morning, I'm seeing no connection errors and mail is being sent and received without any delay. Seems MS has regional issues they are working through.
