Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

Well, as of this morning (Sun) in the UK, my app is still pestering me to update my password and refusing to accept it, on both my Android devices.

No emails got through during the night (they did in my Outlook app). I deleted my account in The BB App Manager, and eventually managed to get through the process of setting it up again, but a few minutes later it again requested me to update my password.

    Edit:

I see on the Microsoft website the status has been changed from 'Resolved' to 'Mitigating'.

I just sent a test message from my BlackBerry Hub+from one of my outlook accounts to another one. It took less than 10 seconds from when I sent and it came in on the other account.

If there is a backlog of messages on the server to which you connect, it can take a while for everything to get synchronized.

The nice thing is I'm not getting the red blinking light to inform me Hub+ isn't able to authenticate with outlook.com.

    Regards,

    Anders

Authentication issue is not there anymore for me. HOWEVER, e-mails seemed to be coming in delayed compared to the outlook app/real-time e-mail. Anyone else having delays when getting the e-mail notification?

I might jinx it by posting, but it seems to be resolved here in Minnesota, USA. I haven't seen an authentication error for several hours this afternoon. Emails seem to be coming through promptly as well.

I am running the BlackBerry Hub+ on my Key2 LE and same with Thunderbird on my PC.

Dont be so fast, its 100% a Microsoft issues and although like you I am hoping BB can provide an update that

works around Microsoft being incompetent its not really their issue,

Sooner rather than later hopefully it will get fixed
