Can not preview or download attachments in Outlook.

Can not preview or download attachments in outlook. I have to restart the computer to be able to and then it will stop and I will have to restart again. Preview stays blank and when you try to download the attachment it says "Error" Error downloading content. It is happening on multiple computers.

    Not sure why the issue affects each tenancy differently. If you have access to your Admin Center you can view the status of the issue under 'Admin Center > Health > Service Health', otherwise you might have to contact who ever manages your account.  Aside from the workaround that has been mentioned in previous messages. Using Microsoft mail app works as well.

    I had mine fixed Last week straight and thought it would be fine from then, but now it all started to have issues again.
