I have a recurring email that continues to go to "junk" when I confirm it is "safe." I use Microsoft Outlook

6 pages of Bull$... about this and no solution. Windows 11 Outlook Microsoft 365 not the new outlook dumb app but actual program. RT Click>Report,>Not Junk Says it'll be added to safe sender and it disappears. They go to the inbox as I've seen. The message disappears and then goes back to the Junk Email folder. MS is terrible.

I haven't read the whole thread tbh, but my understanding is that Outlook mail flags mails as spam on the server side. So most settings just don't do anything at all. I have everything Apple and use the native mail apps, my mom uses the outlook apps. We have the same issue, so it doesn't even matter which app you're using because it's outlooks servers that makes the decision whether it's spam or not even before. the mail client receives it..

The most important mails go into junk but sometimes fishing gets through as if it's real somehow. This has been going on for years, with usually some small periodes where a large number of emails from addresses which normally are delivered just fine suddenly get send to junk, but last weeks I've had many important mails go to junk right away. A bill from my dentist, 2 mails about a submission to a hospital to name a few. I am lucky I can set up that I still receive notifications from the spam box on my iPhone but I still keep missing important emails.

This is getting insane, Microsoft. I've been using 'Hotmail' for years but I'm almost being forced to migrate everything to another mail server.

Me too. It's affecting my business too. Every day I have to troll through the spam folder to pick out any diverted client emails. It is wasting my time and is very frustrating.

Hello, I am having the same issue with just one email sender. No matter what I do it automatically goes to junk, when I bring it back to my inbox it stays for a minute and then goes right back to junk. frustrating, I have tried everything to accept this customer's email.

    Hi

I am having the same problem; everything I try has the same results; the e-mail goes into the inbox, then is sent to the spam folder again. Frustrating as I'm missing out on customer enquiries. This is a problem I can do without.

I checked that as well, not on the blocked list. The system also will not let you put your own email on the safe list. I tried that as a fix as well.
