For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.
Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

lost my hotmail account.
I’ve got exactly the same issue. I’ve sent numerous completed forms but none work. I really don’t know what to do. I really need access to my emails! The customer service is non existent. A phone number or online chat with a person would help!!
I think I'll just sue you guy for locking my account after I was playing Xbox the day before and now can't access my email because my phone is no longer in service..even though you have my other email you guys are a joke!
Matter a fact I may contact the US government about this miss use of power to lock people out of their accounts...

The recovery phone number is my wife's and the code got sent to her. When I put in the code, it allowed me in and let me change the password but now its asking me to verify that its me with an old email account that I no longer have access to.
It seems like I can get in but cannot see any email and just keeps taking me back to that verification screen
