This is the WORST spam filtering of any of my email programs.
I am constantly getting junk in my inbox and important emails are sent to spam.
Even my upcoming vacation flight emails from delta airlines and other businesses. This is causing havoc and stress I don't need!
What are my options? Increase spam filtering and send more important emails to junk?
Lessen spam filtering and get more junk in my inbox????

They want you to buy Outlook.
Also, while I'm here. Don't expect ANY useful answers from answers.microsoft.com. It's been terrible for well over a decade and all answers are just simply cut-and-paste and very rarely actually address the issue.

This is a rhetorical question, right? The answer, anyway, is simply "because it is." Spam filtering/blocking is better some days than others at Gmail and Yahoo, but outlook.com is generally the worst.

Microsoft is supposed to be the leader in these things. This is a garbage response for a garbage email provider. I don't get even a small fraction of the same spam in my other accounts.
MS is just avoiding fixing a problem of their own lazy creation!!!!!
true but blocking headers with gmail.com now junks about 99% of the junk mail. Maybe google should monitor their servers better.
