This is the WORST spam filtering of any of my email programs.
I am constantly getting junk in my inbox and important emails are sent to spam.
Even my upcoming vacation flight emails from delta airlines and other businesses. This is causing havoc and stress I don't need!
What are my options? Increase spam filtering and send more important emails to junk?
Lessen spam filtering and get more junk in my inbox????

It was a thing back then. Internet wasn't. Anyway, if you're not happy with the service, no one is forcing you to keep using it.
PC was a thing in late 80s LOL barely. And its a shame that with your CS degree you can't see how easy this would be for MS programmers to fix it or at the very least , provide options for users so they can take control of the account they have. SMH.
late 80s... or it could've been early 90s. Usa.net (Netaddress) was my first free email account. I've never signed up for AOL. Spam wasn't even a thing back then. Almost all SMTP servers were open relays at the time but no spammers took advantage of that. PC was a thing in the late 80s (1987-88 if I remember correctly). Computer Science was my major back then. Anyway, good luck with your spam problem.
