This is the WORST spam filtering of any of my email programs.
I am constantly getting junk in my inbox and important emails are sent to spam.
Even my upcoming vacation flight emails from delta airlines and other businesses. This is causing havoc and stress I don't need!
What are my options? Increase spam filtering and send more important emails to junk?
Lessen spam filtering and get more junk in my inbox????

Bingo. Trying to get them to respond or change has been/is a spitting into the wind experience. I finally bit the bullet and changed over to gmail for general use and proton mail for more secure needs. The gmail spam spotter/filter is multiple times better than ms. The change has been great and spend so much less time working and blocking spam.

These are the same folks trying desperately to convince us to swap our browsers to edge and can’t figure out why we won’t.
I can't stress this enough. It is the only reason I might have to tell all my contacts to switch to my gmail account. Such a **** user experience and such an easy thing to fix these days. An intern Data Scientist could train a model on the number of junk emails I've marked as such alone. This is like 3 weeks of work. GET IT DONE MICROSOFT.
Agreed, I cant understand why gmail is so much better at filtering out spam than outlook even with a paid subscription. It's ridiculous the amount of obvious spam I get in my inbox.
