New Outlook for Mac does not show emails older than 30 days

Hello,

I needed to find an email that I keen the date that was send to me. So I start scrolling down to my Inbox. To my surprise, I could not scroll further than 30 days.

What's up with that? Only 30 days of ?

Is there a way for the New Outlook to increase that limit of showing only 30 days of emails?

Unfortunately searching in Outlook (either new or old look), seems to be getting worse and worse. Several people in my company have complained that search does not return all emails that should appear and it happened to me several times. So it is not that I can rely on search anymore.

If such simple things cannot be available, I could not imagine if Outlook for Mac will ever get feature parity with the Windows version.

    Hello,

    You guys seriously need to stop with the template responding and actually read the post.

    What you are mentioning above has nothing to do with my issue.

    The emails are there.

    They just don't show up in the New Outlook for Mac. it only go back to 30 days.

    As I mentioned above, search returns the emails, but search in Outlook became unreliable for quite some time now to the point of not showing emails that are in front of my eyes.

    Same problem.

    New Outlook for MAC app.

    User can connect to Outlook Web and see all email

    Within the App on the MAC it will only sync 30 days.

    Cannot find setting for sync history.

    Exactly same problem.

    In the older version of the Outlook App the customer can see e-mails older than 30 days, new app, not.
