New Outlook for Mac does not show emails older than 30 days

Hello,

I needed to find an email that I keen the date that was send to me. So I start scrolling down to my Inbox. To my surprise, I could not scroll further than 30 days.

What's up with that? Only 30 days of ?

Is there a way for the New Outlook to increase that limit of showing only 30 days of emails?

Unfortunately searching in Outlook (either new or old look), seems to be getting worse and worse. Several people in my company have complained that search does not return all emails that should appear and it happened to me several times. So it is not that I can rely on search anymore.

If such simple things cannot be available, I could not imagine if Outlook for Mac will ever get feature parity with the Windows version.

    no solution so far that I am aware.

    We are all together in the dark, hoping that search will function properly and MS will fix this sooner than they have (not) fixed the flag reminder option that is missing

    So based on lack of Microsoft response, it seems I basically need to direct users to use the browser version of outlook for anything older than 30 days?

    What's odd though is that I am using the new outlook on my mac and i'm able to see older emails without issue (albeit I have to click the lazy loader here and there to "display more messages", while I have clients that cannot.

    I also tried using the Mac OS mail app via exchange integration in the settings and that was also synchronizing more emails than the 30 day limitations mentioned in this thread. I was able to easily scroll back to 2015 for emails.

    Same here. I went back to the older version. The newer version is the worst! I'm constantly referring to old emails, particularly a year ago at the same time period. I like to have ALL my emails on my desktop, and the new version was missing about 90% of my emails with only keeping the last 30 days.

    Hi,

    I do not want to search , I want to be able, as it was able so far, to see emails that are more than 30 days older.

    Searching , which in many cases does not get all results, is not the same as having the ability to actually go through
