I can not receive or send email because One drive is full

If you deleted everything out of Onedrive, which you have to do online at Onedrive. com, you also have to delete the Recycle bin that is in Onedrive, on top of emptying all your email folders. It might also be a good idea to start unsubscribing from email recipients you don't use, like that shopping site you made a purchase with and only signed up to receive their alerts and newsletters to get that 10% discount.

Mine is the same way. My email is blocked and I have deleted most everything in it. I have turned off the sync in one drive and deleted everything that it will delete, (some of it it won't even delete) and it still doesn't help.

It's much more stupid.. so i've ordered ESD family plan for one year from my local online retailer as i always do as they're somehow cheaper than MS webpage.

guess what email i'm using - yup @live.com which is blocked as my onedrive is over limit when o365 is not paid.

so now i'm downloading 140GB of stuff off of onedrive to get my key so i can upload everything again.

i'm on 1/1 gbps symmetrical fiber and download speeds from MS is at 40-50 mbit

and it dropped twice already. this will take me days..

i mean come on microsoft - blockig email altogether? just block onedrive you ****.
