Whilst using Windows 10 Pro, I am receiving notifications in the notification centre when I have received a new email in Outlook. However, when I click the email in the notification centre it does not open the email.
Please can you help sort this issue. Followed all other forums etc. and these have not helped solve my issue.

It is to the point of being comical. They just keep pushing updates, not fixing stuff that is years old and breaking other stuff, and you know what? For O365 customers they could care less because they know they have us trapped. Subscription software was never the answer for the end user, it only benefits the developer.
Cant Believe this problem is over a year old
It only happed because it was updated. Still have this problem.
Cant click through on the updates - wow !
It started working again a few days ago. But the pop ups are so poorly laid out I can't know where to click on them, and they only stay open for a second or two so good luck clicking on them. I've gotten use to just ignoring them at this point. Sad and backwards progress by MS on this important productivity enhancing feature.
