How to i turn off junk email filtering in Outlook.com

I have found another post on this, but the thread is closed, so I cannot reply.

I need to adjust Junk email settings in Outlook.com as it is pulling way to much into junk.

A week ago, I migrated my who family from hosted exchange to Office 365 Home Premium with my own email domain.  Since then, just about all my families email are being pushed into junk.

The filtering is absolutely not working for me - which is set to "standard".

Can this setting be relaxed or turned off?

Something is badly wrong here!

Many thanks

Steve.

I am perfectly capable of determining what is and is not junk mail... If I pull up my Junk mail and declare it NOT junk... two days later Outlook thinks it is still junk... it is a head ache for all users

I want to shut it off... not standard, not super size... but OFF....

I am so angry we cant turn off this fail junk mail filtering. I am in a position to find a job and had chosen outlook website for my personal email. The junk mail filter made me missed an job interview confirmation email and made me missed the opportunity. Why your filtering put all my inbound email to junk box??!

Another example of how MS junk email filtering is badly wrong...  a "goods dispatched" email from Amazon showed up in junk email. How can that be junk?

If you have to check a junk email folder daily, then there is no point in having a junk email filter!

Please make sure these examples are being fed back to the product team.

    Rgrds,

    Steve.

Thanks Ferdz.  I'm sure the safe send option will work.

My feedback is more important though.   Today I found amazon order confirmations in my junk email folder.  These are CLEARLY no junk.

    Please do feed this back.

A system where "the obvious" needs custom configuration in order to work, is not very good.

This is stupid. If I use Outlook 16 to pull Outlook.com email, I have to go check spam filter on the web first?  Again - stupid.
