Maybe sir your just using an ou tdated browser. All browsers have issue even those with Microsoft's Internet Explorer and Edge. And the response "make sure you clear your browser cache and update to a new version" a lazy script and proves the point. Is a standard troubleshoot just like try cleaning the engines of your car and try to start it again."
With respect, this is a bit comical on several levels....
-You don't clean an engine, and then restart it...
-Your making the incorrect assumption multiple platforms and browsers have not been tried (Other posts highlight it).
-After the first 10 minutes on the phone it should be clear when working with the Microsoft reps not everyone has the same issues with tech, some of us work in it, and try a few (dozen) things before reaching out..
-The Edge Browser itself has a number of design flaws, most importantly the inability to correctly change and point download locations without going to a random location (Windows
Explorer, really? WTH!?!) So I try to avoid it.
In fact the best anecdotal example of the flawed implementation is how these forums work.....
I receive a new notification, and the majority of the time when I hit reply instead of being taken to the message in question, I'm always brought to the first post, irregardless browser, the fact I was on this page 2 minutes previous or clicking "Message
