Is there any way to disable junk-mail/spam filtering completely in Outlook.com? I'd prefer my Windows client to handle this locally, thus everything I receive to my @outlook.com address should be going into Inbox.

Hi,
Please be informed that to disable spam filter completely in Hotmail is currently not available. As a workaround, we suggest that you create email rules so that all your incoming emails will be sent directly to your Inbox. You can follow the steps provided by Ron Sommer on how to create email rules in Hotmail.
Thank you!
