Is there any way to disable junk-mail/spam filtering completely in Outlook.com? I'd prefer my Windows client to handle this locally, thus everything I receive to my @outlook.com address should be going into Inbox.

It's actually pretty simple! Either a) fix the "retarded" junk mail filter or b) allow us to turn the bloody thing off.

2017-11-12T12:41:19+00:00 The rule option is not the solution when the mail is already filtered out by SmartScreen as that isn't delivered at all to the intended Outlook.com address. How to resolve that ?
