Is there any way to disable spam filter completely?

Is there any way to disable junk-mail/spam filtering completely in Outlook.com? I'd prefer my Windows client to handle this locally, thus everything I receive to my @outlook.com address should be going into Inbox.

    Even attempting to globally send all emails to a folder or even forward them does not prevent email from being sent to the spam folder. Trust me, users have tried everything.

    I even considered a program that would periodically copy all messages from my spam folder to my inbox, but at that point, why bother?  At that point, I couldn't even get IMAP to work until I found some hidden alternate ports to use.  I had already switched to ZOHO by that point.  Sad.

    You get the same Junk mail filter whether you use outlook.com as a free or premium user or if you use Outlook 365 or Outlook as part of Office (if you use the MS IMAP and POP3 servers).

    Mike,

    Aoutlook.com is free.

    If Microsoft were to allow you to forward all email to another account, Microsoft would lose ad revenue.

    Do you really expect Microsoft to support you reaching into their wallet to pilfer money?

    I tend to agree with you, but the thing is, I use Outlook (Office 2016) and am satisfied with it.

    Also everything in the POP profile within Outlook is set to smtp-mail.outlook.com and

    pop-mail.outlook.com i.e. all is 'set' to using Outlook.

    But then again, it seems I  *must*  use OWA  to be able to check out the junk folder?

    Don't know any other solution... 

    On my tablet I use AquaMail.
