Is there any way to disable junk-mail/spam filtering completely in Outlook.com? I'd prefer my Windows client to handle this locally, thus everything I receive to my @outlook.com address should be going into Inbox.

This is truely beyond a joke.  20% of my legitimate emails go straight into Junk, even those listed as safe senders and on safe sender lists.  Microsoft support just do not have a clue how to resolve this. I'm about to go overseas with no internet access for over a month and getting very concerned that important emails are going to be deposited into Junk and then deleted.  Why can't Microsoft sort this out?

It would be great if this worked, but it doesn't. Messages go straight to the Junk folder before the rules for incoming messages are applied.

There appears to be no way to disable Spam filtering. I would like an answer to this too.

LOL.  isn't it hillarious??  99% of the time i've seen that the moderators know absolutely nothing!!!!  I've always wondered if they even read the question as well.  -but i know they jump on questions like starving hyenas to keep up their statistics,  but rarely do you see a moderators response marked as a correct answer.  it drives me nuts.  how do these people even get these positions??  -and is microsoft wasting money on them??

Yep, Microsoft emails are very often tagged as spam.
