Is there any way to disable junk-mail/spam filtering completely in Outlook.com? I'd prefer my Windows client to handle this locally, thus everything I receive to my @outlook.com address should be going into Inbox.

This may have worked once upon a time, but when I now attempt to create this rule, it gets rejected with the message, "We can't save this rule because one or more of your free text inputs is invalid. Hint: make sure any text with a quote mark has a pair."
