Is there any way to disable junk-mail/spam filtering completely in Outlook.com? I'd prefer my Windows client to handle this locally, thus everything I receive to my @outlook.com address should be going into Inbox.

If you hate Microsoft, why do you use their services? I hate Google and try to avoid their services as much as possible... For sure there's an alternative to Outlook.com somewhere...
Thank you everyone, and cldguy for testing. I'll try it. But after all the snarkly sweet moderator emails, I still don't trust them. Makes me hate microsoft even more.
tested and no problem like this. Every drafts and sent mails are located in proper folder.
I don't want to use outlook's antispam because I use an external filter and I hope this solution will work
Note that this workaround appears to move all Drafts and Sent Mail to your Inbox folder when access Outlook via IMAP. You end up with a big mess of messages in your Inbox.
The spam filter on Outlook.com is incredibly bad. It either needs significant improvement or a built in system for disabling it.
