Is there any way to disable spam filter completely?

As what was mentioned on the previous posts by Moderators, the option to disable your spam filter settings is not available with Outlook.com. The steps provided by Ron Sommer Consumer Apps MVP is just a workaround.

To create the rule suggested by Ron, refer to the steps below:

1. Log in to http://mail.live.com.
2. On the upper right hand corner of your page, click the gear icon.
3. Click More mail settings on the dropdown list.
4. Under Customizing Outlook, select Rules for sorting new messages.
5. Click New and input the settings on the screenshot below and click Save.:

Ron,

When I sign in on either http://mail.live.com or http://hotmail.com I do not get those choices. 

I just get my regular Outlook.com screen, which does not have

"Gear", "More Mail Settings", "Preventing Junk Mail" options.

That's all I get, not the menu options from your post.

If not from http://mail.live.com or http://hotmail.com, how can I turn off or circumvent my junk mail filter?  I cannot get a screen with that "Options" menu that you use, because, even if I use http://mail.live.com or http://hotmail.com, I still get my same old Outlook.com webmail screen. 

I like your workaround idea.  How can I get it to work for my account?

That is not correct.

Below is for Hotmail.  For outlook.com, just use click the Gear icon, More mail settings, Rules for sorting message, then go to step 2.

Method (to Override):

1. Overriding the Hotmail Junk Email Filter requires the use of a simple rule which can be created in the Hotmail options section. The steps to create the rule are as follows:

a. Sign-in to the Hotmail account at http://mail.live.com or http://hotmail.com

b. Access the Hotmail Options located in the upper right in the Hotmail web interface (see pic 1 below)

c. Select More Optionsthen Rules for Sorting New Messages (pic 2)

So, what you're saying is that there is no way to completely disable the junk mail filter.

(I went to that spot and there is no way do completely disable the Outlook.com spam filter.)

Is that correct?
