I have an Office 365 subscription through my work, after recently updating Office, every time I now open Word, Excel or PowerPoint, I am prompted to sign in and activate the product. When I try to, I get this error “Another account from your organisation is already signed in on this device". I have tried multiple suggestions as follow : Delete all Keychain entries relating to Office Uninstall Office and reinstall it via portal.office.com Install removal license tool Remove all Outlook accounts and add them (as suggested here https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/word-and-excel-keep-prompting-for-activation-every/a055b722-574f-4dbc-974d-a8a336a119e7?messageId=c0435c83-9040-4180-8a22-d8f5850509c1 ) My Office apps are all up to date and I am running macOS Monterey Version 12.6. I just solved the issue for myself. For me, the issue was that, due the nature of my job, I have multiple accounts for different tenants. I was working on an Excel file in a client's tenant and I had signed into Excel using that account. When my password was reset (by policy) at work, all of the Office desktop applications needed me to re-login but, for some reason, they would not show me who I was logged in as or give me the ability to swap or logout. After shutting down all of my Microsoft apps (Teams, OneDrive, Edge, Office, etc.), I ended up searching for "Office" and "Microsoft" in my Keychain Access and deleted everything I could find. After that, I was able to open PowerPoint and tried signing in using my work account. This time, it accepted my credentials without complaint but, when PowerPoint refreshed, it actually showed me that client account I had been previously signed in. Thankfully, it finally allowed me to sign out, which immediately swapped in my primary work account. 2 Years later and this resolved my issue. Thanks!

Unfortunately we tried that and all other things on the web and only found the beta version from Office-Reset.com and reset to fresh install to be successful on OS Sonoma
