MS Teams with Sony headphones wh 1000xm4

I am using MS team frequently and calls are taking long time so decided to get a "good" headphones. I bought Sony headphones WH 1000xm4. The headphones work perfectly with the iPhone and iPad but not with MS Teams on laptop when connected via Bluetooth!

the sound keeps breaking and I had to switch to the laptop mic because people on the call keeps telling me that my voice is not clear when using the headphone mic.

Any idea how to fix this ?

    I've been fighting this issue for a couple of weeks, my Sony headphones stopped working at all with on-line meetings. Worked great with music/podcasts though.

    Stumbled on this post, gave it a try and it works great now! One simple checkbox after trying seemingly everything!

    still the same actually. seems that Sony has an issue with Bluetooth connectivity.

    i am using the same headset now but with the wire, but it looses the purpose of being flexible during long calls

    Hello Sergio,

    I tried the Teams on web and it was a bit better.

    I made a call and was told that my voice was ok but not as good as though the laptop mic.

    Could be the Bluetooth drive that Sony headphone is using ?
