Teams App closes and can't use the app in IOS

Hi, I have 2 users (1 iPhone & 1 iPad) where the TEAMS app is updated and even their IOS.

Their devices worked correctly until we deployed a security feature where people have to create a 6 numbers pin.

Since this new security restriction, they're not able to use the app.

They do the following :

  1. Open the app and select their account
  2. Accept security issues like the use of microphone and notifications
  3. Then they receive a pop-up message saying that the Organization stablished a new security stuff and that they need to create a secret code (6 number pin) and the only button they have is OK.
  4. They select OK and then the app closes-up
  5. They re-open the app and they just have the same pop-up and if we choose OK it closes again

Just to let you know, we have already rebooted the devices, we also have un-installed and re-installed the app but we still have the same issues.

We have more users with ios like me and everything works perfect. I don't know what's the problem here.

Can you help us please?

    I have similar problem with Microsoft Teams app on ipad. It keeps closing the app. It was fine last week and yesterday, but not today. I used it on PC instead. Can some one fix the problem? I tried delete the app, then turn off ipad, open it, doawload the app again. It still does not work. Keep crashing after a few second of opening the app.

    Hi! I’m having the same issue, I already updated the ios to the latest version, restart mh phone several times and deleted-reinstalled the app as well and lt keeps closing after 1-2 seconds.

    I also have the same issue. 

    Tried deleting the app, rebooting the device, reinstalling the app.... and it still crashes immediately. 

    iOIS 13.6, iPhone 8

    It seems to be fine on the following devices:

    PC, WEB and "Android Tablets- who would have though -:)"

    For iPAD:

    However, if you log in as a certain user, say non-organizational user account (regular personal account on iPAD, it does not crash..."

    It crashes if I try to log into my work's account, but not into my personal Microsoft Account (only on iPAD....)

    Hi,

    Thanks for your answer. In fact this persons are able to use TEAMS on PC and web. it's just this 6 pin setting that they can'T complete because the app just turns off
