team mysterious ringing

the last week or so I get a random (i don't see a reason/activity for it when it happens) ringing in my headset...like a phone call ringtone, but there is no activity  on Teams.  No one is calling me or messaging me, there is not an upcoming meeting scheduled.

My IT support team thought it was something wrong/setting on my Jabra Evolve headset,   but I tried turning off a ringtone setting in the headset's settings, but yet, I still get this same mystery ringing still

any ideas what could be causing this ?

    This issued started when I installed a CHAT 50 speaker. Videos start automatically when paused. Team calling when on a call. Clear one, Chat 50, tech team sent this firmware update out. So far it has stopped.

    the same happens with my bluetooth headphones appear that continuous annoying sound, and there is no way to stop it
