Can't Find--How do I delete: usb2ser.sys & wdcsam64_prewin8.sys

I got an error message saying that I can't turn on Memory Integrity due to the following drivers:

usb2ser.sys & wdcsam64_prewin8.sys

I can't find these files anywhere in this laptop.

Please Help.

    Hi Dave, yes, it worked for me. Thanks. Asked me for permission. It was granted. Deleted both of them : usb2ser.sys by Media Teck Inc and usb2ser.sys by MBB. I also read they are the names of something called Trojan back door viruses. No wonder why my Hotmail account was bombarded with spam emails. This is today. I will update my review if something does not change by tomorrow.

    Yes - I had the same problem. Microsoft have an incredible knack for making things difficult. They seem to only look at actions in isolation, not the context.

    Found the driver and attempted to rename, but it said I needed permission to perform the function.
