Can't Find--How do I delete: usb2ser.sys & wdcsam64_prewin8.sys

I got an error message saying that I can't turn on Memory Integrity due to the following drivers:

usb2ser.sys & wdcsam64_prewin8.sys

I can't find these files anywhere in this laptop.

Please Help.

    It won't let me change the name - even in safe mode and I even changed the Owner of the file and I still get denied permission to add the .old at the end of the file name.

    I agree that it is strange - just searched again - nothing...

    That would be great if it wasn't next to impossible to delete or rename the old driver that is the cause of the problem. If you don't believe that it is difficult, read the comments chain.

    Microsoft have an incredible knack for making things difficult. They seem to only look at actions in isolation - not the context in which the action is needed.
