Hello,

0xC1900101 is generic error code and points to driver incompatibility while you opt to upgrade. You need to read the dialog, which likely came before this error message. There should be additional information with the detail. The dialog will tell you what devices are having a problem. That is the one you need to get a new driver for.

Once you fixed the driver(s) mentioned with detail, the error will no longer persist.

Hope this helps!

I had a blue screen after the second reboot with the enterprise edition and going back to the old version. At my older Fujitsu-Laptop I disconnected the second screen and all USB-devices. During the first shutdown I let the laptop turn off and then it worked all fine.

After about five tries at the 1803 update removing AV etc. I switched off the Intel virtualization tech in the BIOS and everything worked like a dream!

Did you switched it back on after the installation ?

That is weird enough. But I think 1803 is nice enough to give it one more try - the way I posted on page 1. I would interpret Quick fix #1 to include that external monitor...

    1. Remove nonessential external hardware, such as docks and USB devices.

Looks like the upgrade couldn't handle the setting. Glad the rollback worked & apparently did handle it.
