Yesterday's Patch Tuesday (1/14/14) I got the "revised" KB2862330 update. It was no different than the original. The same damn thing. It produced the same BSOD STOP 0X000000CA after restart that I got before. Had to do a disk image restore and again disable the USB driver that was causing it (hcmon.sys) and only then did it install successfully. And like before, the PC restarted two times.
