Where are the Microsoft MVP's? Where is Microsoft?
Probably the technical problem that caused the worst user anger was the infamous "Windows Genuine Advantage" where users that had perfectly legitimate machines were suddenly being told their copy of Windows was not a genuinely bought copy. What made it worse was that it would start shutting down different parts of Windows the longer you waited to fix it.
There was utter fury on these boards. At that time, at least you had a "presence" of Microsoft on the boards. /Rant

I am having the same problem. Originally, it was sporadically rebooting. Then it got worse, to the point where it would blue screen over and over again. Every time it rebooted it immediately blue screened.
Using a USB stick and the Media Creation Tool, I reinstalled Windows 10. That took care of the blue screens and the rebooting for awhile. Then one day it suddenly rebooted for no reason. Right now its' 8:30pm where I am. It rebooted around 9:30 a.m. this morning and has been on since without reboot.
I dunno but I wish some at Microsoft (or represented Microsoft) would show some interest in this. My laptop did not do this for a long time. I have a Dell Inspiron 15, 5000 series. I couldn't swear to it but it very well could have been the Creators Update (after the Anniversary edition) when it started.
I spent a little over an hour the other day with a Dell representative on the phone and he went step-by-step trying different things with me. At the end of our conversation he said that he was pretty sure that we had eliminated it as a hardware problem..
