I can assure you that I have tried since this issue started trending to get a
response from Microsoft and have had no success.
Hi Barb,
I realised early when I started reading this forum you were a volunteer Barb, thankless task with respect this issue. Presume that Microsoft don't monitor the discussions otherwise they'd be embarrassed about the number of people with failed Surface Pros.
Whilst I won't be buying another SP (or indeed any other Microsoft hardware), I will wait patiently for them to unknowingly fix the problem they seemingly created in the same fashion.
Has there been any publication of the issue in main stream media that you know of? It would be interesting to read any response from Microsoft any insinuation that the problem only starts a few months out of warranty...!
Keep up the good work Barb.
Kind regards
Graham
