Has anyone tried to uninstall the windows drivers for the graphic card and then manually install the latest drivers from intel's website? Could this help?

Hi,
my Surface Pro 1 does connect well with my Samsung Smart TV series 7. However, my new Samsung Pro 3 wont connect. It finds the TV and then tries to establish connection and asks to wait - maybe the TV should not popup a PIN code - but that never happens and the connection times out. Interestingly the Surface Pro 3 gets listed in the Samsung network device settings and is set to "allowed" for connection but the Surface Pro 3 still wont connect. Note i have deployed all latest updates on Samsung TV as well as Surface Pro 3.
I would appreciate to get this working again.

2015-09-11T20:19:37+00:00 The video card in the Surface Pro 3 is under-powered and doesn't put out enough juice for anything larger than a 19" display. Anything bigger than that will fail to connect entirely, or it will connect briefly but you'll have constant screen-freezes and drop-outs on the larger screen.

- Samsung UE48JU6445 (similar to UE48JU6400 model)
- Surface Pro 3 with Windows 10
- Tried changing resolution
It may be I've missed something out, if someone can provide step by step instructions that would be massively appreciated, so I can rule out any mistakes!
