It truly does not inspire confidence to purchase their products if they can't support it. We are a minority that voice their opinions here but imagine how many more just returned them, not to mention the bad memory it leaves on the user's mind that a Microsoft product does not work, they just say Windows does not work when it is just the hardware/drivers really.
I recently learned of another person that bought it and returned it due to the wireless issues but they did not call tech support, they just returned it. They ended up buying a MacBook Air instead which ended up being a LOT cheaper anyway ($899 vs. $1,250 for a SP3). I may have to go that route since Microsoft is not responding at all.
