I'm looking for a way to get Teams desktop working on MacOS 12. The installer says I have to have MacOS 13. I know it works in a browser. It runs like garbage in the browser. Do I have any other options?

Is there a way to change the width of the columns when viewing Members and guests in Team settings?
When viewing members (Manage Team/Members) i can not change the width of the columns. Is it possible to do this or to delete columns I am not using so member full names will be displayed.
