Did you ensure you downloaded the ISO in the exact same language version as you have set for the Windows user interface in the Settings App - Time and Language - Region and language, if that is English, is that US English or just English.
How to fit empty startup
when I go to settings and then go to apps/startup it's empty where there should be a list of disabled programmes and able programmes this has just recently happened
