Hello, I purchased Visio Plan 2 using my billing email [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed], but I am unable to access the subscription. Microsoft created a work/school account for the subscription, but I cannot identify the username associated with the tenant and therefore cannot sign in or use the product. Since the subscription has never been activated or used, I am requesting a refund for this purchase. I have attached the invoice

Thank you.

    Hi @Michael,

In order to install Visio Plan 2 for desktop, please ensure your work or school account should already have an assigned license for Visio Plan 2 in Microsoft 365 Admin Center first.

Then please sign into microsoft365.com with the work or school account associated with this version of Visio.

From the Microsoft 365 home page select Install apps. (Or, you might need to select Apps from the left navigation pane, and then select Install apps.)

Or you can sign in from this link: https://portal.office.com/account#installs

Select Visio from the app lists.

    Hi @Michael

Visio Plan 2 subscription is part of Microsoft 365 for business/enterprise and requires an organizational account, which is usually an account with @onmicrosoft. com domain, since this is Microsoft default domain for business licenses.

Before trying anything else, you can start by searching your yahoo mailbox for emails using the keyword “onmicrosoft.com"

However, to properly resolve this, I’ll need to verify a couple of account details privately, as sharing them publicly would put your personal information at risk. Please check your private messages, where I will follow up to request the invoice for this subscription to verify further your account.

To access your private messages, sign in to the Q&A forum using the account you used to post your question. Then, navigate to the Private Messages section to view and respond.
