Microsoft family sharing subscription suddenly cancelled

All of a sudden I'm being asked to subscribe to get Microsoft 365 but am sharing a family subscription with my husband. It says my subscription has been cancelled and directs me to the payment section. On his device it says i cannot be invited as I'm already sharing but i have lost the connection and can only view or print documents but not change or start new ones.. Can you help

    Ours was fixed last Friday (BST 1800hrs) Had to shutdown and restart - logged out andback back in to Office and all restored except one shared account where the restart prompted a password reset.

    I have logged out, reinstalled and removed all accounts from the family plan and added them back, and still have the same problem. Litterly everything that ChatGPT recommended i tried multiple times and nothing worked.

    I have been having the exact same problem, 3 users are linked none of the programs work, can also not use the web based option. Emails at least come through but cant send anything, can only view and print existing documents cant edit or create new ones, onedrive also says i only have 5gb of storage when i should have 1TB. Does anyone know when this is going to be fixed, we have been disconnected since last week Thursday (10th of April 2025)

    I'm also having this issue. My subscription says that I'm still sharing, but looking at the shared account, it says that I only have 5GB. This changed overnight for me... what's happening?!!

    That is my case. I am a family member, the coordinator subscription was always ok.
