Microsoft family sharing subscription suddenly cancelled

Mine is working now!!

I'm having the same problem. I'm shared with my church and today it says my subscription needs to be renewed. I checked my account and its not due until July 2025. Something needs to be done.

All of a sudden I'm being asked to subscribe to get Microsoft 365 but am sharing a family subscription with my husband. It says my subscription has been cancelled and directs me to the payment section. On his device it says i cannot be invited as I'm already sharing but i have lost the connection and can only view or print documents but not change or start new ones.. Can you help

Exactly the same. Working on my laptop but suddenly not working on my husband's. When I look at the subscription on my account there's nothing to see. Presumably as so many people are having the same problem it's a Microsoft Office issue.
