My OneDrive isn't recognizing my subscription either. Have you received any response from them?

I'm having the same issue with the personal. I purchased a year renewal card, put in the code correctly on April 7,. It is set to expiore April 19, 2026 and now one week later it says that its due to expire on April 20th, renew now. Nothing like spending money for horrible service.
