2025-04-10T13:27:24+00:00 Experiencing the same issue. Have both a Microsoft 365 family subscription + Office 2019 Home & Student one-time purchase. Office forcefully kicked me out of the subscription and is asking me to switch to 2019. I rejected and now I can't sign into Office at all! I check my subscription status in the Microsoft Account web portal, and, guess what? It's GONE!
