I just renewed and paid my yearly subscription last month, yet I'm getting this **** service. I'm unable to access my MS account, and it's driving me nuts! All the channels are unable to help. Hi I Am not receiving emails
My MS acct has the wrong contact email address, It is an old Verizon email that I have not used for years. When I try to reset the PW, they send codes to the old address. How do I get into the acct to correct this?
This could all be resolved in a few minutes if I could talk to a MS 'live person.'
