Microsoft Account Sign-in Helper is not helping me at all. I cannot access my personal Microsoft account.

I cannot gain access to my account, i forgot my password and have been sent a code to another email address, however saying information not correct, can you help?

I just renewed and paid my yearly subscription last month, yet I'm getting this **** service. I'm unable to access my MS account, and it's driving me nuts! All the channels are unable to help. I changed my password 2x already
I followed all the troubleshooting steps

Yet, Microsoft Account Sign-in Helper is saying that there is no problem with my account.

Agree, it is absolutely %^^*. I have done the same, set up with a verification e-mail but again locked out of hotmail access after one attempt ("too many requests" or some such BS). What is so £$%^&*ng unusual about accessing (or trying to) from both a laptop and a mobile?

Please help me too, i need to access my hotmail account.

It is mentioned that my account is blocked due to multiple wrong passwords.

Still i tried to change the passwords many times and still no access and got the message to use other verification method ( there was no option to choose other methods).

I filled in the help form; was asking me about the latest send emails ( email address and email subjects) i dont remember it as i dont send plenty of emails, but i do know all the received emails.
